Key Responsibilities
Work proactively and holistically lead and support Commercial tech transformation activities that guide the development and management of a next gen Major Transformation Programs like Omni Channel & Customer / Patient Data platform / NBX Transformation.
Solutions include projects and products systems (including applications technologies processes and information) and shared application services.
Works closely with the Tech Business Partners Senior Business product owners Heads of business functions and product managers to ensure a robust architectural runway that can support future business requirements throughout the technology life cycle.
Focus on Process re modelling and optimization using platforms like Microsoft Dynamics Contact Center Marketing Technology (MARTECH) Customer Data Platforms and
Monitor the currentstate Commercial & MARTECH solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by the application or misalignment with business requirements.
Strong experience in Roadmap and transformation of Commercial tech.
Create deliverables for managing the Convatecs portfolio of to be and as is solutions including systems (applications processes information and technology) shared application services and components to enable and drive targeted business outcomes.
Evaluate implement and maximise sales enablement tools such as CRM learning management systems sales engagement platforms and AIdriven insights.
Follow the principles guidelines standards and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprises futurestate architecture vision.
Facilitate the evaluation selection and TCO of software product standards and services as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations.
Support product managers in endoflife product decisions to maintain refresh or retire services or systems including applications technologies processes and information.
Responsible for analysis designing implementing and integrating Commercial tech based solutions systems to fit within existing systems infrastructure and security standards.
Identify the potential technology innovations and engage with different enterprise business leaders and units and attend to their computing needs and requirements in order to design solutions that achieve business goals while also working within existing and/or legacy systems.
Contribute and lead on ensuring Privacy Security and AI by design.
Provide expert guidance to the engineering teams and act as the TDA and Solution Governance for Architecture.
Evaluation of feasibility and business cases for implementation steps towards target architecture.
Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards while maintaining alignment with regional regulations.
Key Requirements
Senior Stake holders management and ability to present commercial technical transformation in business landscape.
Experienced in software engineering /technology design and implementation.
Solution architecture experience in Commercial Tech Web / Digital / CRM / MARTECH.
Excellent understanding of architecture models like C4.
Experience working in diverse global multi disciplinary Cross functional architecture & engineering teams.
Can lead and manage strategically important transformation technology projects.
Knowledge of business ecosystems software as a service (SaaS) infrastructure as a service (IaaS) platform as a service (PaaS) SOA APIs open data artificial intelligence (AI) internet of things (IoT) and data analytics.
Good understanding of using and leveraging enterprise architecture management tools e.g LeanIX.
Good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models.
Excellent knowledge of any development languages like React JavaScrip .net Python C# etc.
Good understanding of various database technologies like MySQL MongoDB and Oracle etc.
Understanding of IT standards and controls.
Proven analytical planning organizational and technical and skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as waterfall spiral agile software development rapid prototyping incremental synchronize and stabilize and DevOps).

There are no major travel requirements for this role.
Working conditions
