Job Description
- Establish and maintain systems for device evaluation including setup of necessary equipment and materials
- Perform timely and methodical failure analysis of devices using systematic safe approaches
- Confirm reported failures observations and outcomes from failure analysis and document in the QMS system
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to procedural updates
- Compile and analyze data for metric reporting as needed
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience preferably within the medical device industry
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude with proven investigative and troubleshooting skills
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently while following documented procedures
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
