Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a detailoriented customerfocused Finance & Insurance (F&I)/Sales Administrator to join our dealership team. In this role you will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing and cash sales process following the purchase of a vehicle. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is punctual. Schedule: TuesSaturday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide the lenders request as needed.
  • Work closely with the sales department to support the buying process.
  • Assist in getting documentation from customers as needed.
  • Assist in addressing customers needs/requests post sale.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and in compliance with federal state and dealership policies.
  • Coordinating between the sales and accounting team as a liaison.
  • Submit deals to lenders track funding and ensure timely followup on pending contracts.
  • Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Maintain accurate records professionalism and assist in monthly reporting
  • Contract customers via econtracting DocuSign or on paper.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft office knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics and appearance
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required college degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Management sales or clerical type role with fastpaced work environment

  • Competitive base salary of $6000 per month plus commission and performance bonuses.
