We are hiring for our client a leading firm recognised for its expertise in complex litigation who is seeking to appoint a Senior Associate to join their professional indemnity team in Edinburgh. The Role:
Lead and manage complex financial services litigation cases
Advise major financial institutions and corporate clients on highvalue disputes
Draft legal documentation statements and advice in relation to ongoing cases
Collaborate closely with partners and manage junior fee earners
Play an active role in business development and client relationship management
The Person:
Qualified Solicitor with ideally 68 years PQE (other levels considered based on experience)
Strong background in professional indemnity litigation or related commercial disputes
Proven ability to manage highvalue complex caseloads with minimal supervision
Confident communicator with excellent drafting and clientfacing skills
Ambitious collaborative and driven to progress within a highperforming team
