As an Assistant Manager you willbe key to supporting the General Manager in ensuring that our Inn feels like ahome away from home for our guests. Reporting directly to the General Manageryou will play a key role in leading the team managing daily operations andcreating a welcoming and efficient environment for both staff and guests.
In this role you will workclosely with the General Manager to oversee daily duties lead a team todeliver company standards and manage the Inns daytoday operations. Youllneed to be handson and approachable leading by example and fostering a positiveand collaborative atmosphere. You will handle everything from managing shiftoperations in our busy fastpaced environment to conducting administrativetasks liaising with Chefs Management and Suppliers. This includes stocktakeand ordering handling accounts management and being available for occasionalsleepovers and guest responses.
