Hours: Approximately 37.5 hours per week during the school year
190 days during the school year and 1 day/week during summer
Responsibilities:
Organize transportation for 3 counties/10 schools communicate with parents local education agencies and community partners assist with answering phones and general office duties; provide required transportation and compliance staff trainings; ensure compliance measures are met programwide; and assist with classroom and bussing coverage as needed including riding buses when necessary. Assist the Director by serving on Management team and monitoring program compliance with state early childhood licensing regulations PTQ requirements Head Start mandates and NAEYC standards. Assist with annual community and selfassessment. Attend Head Start mandatory trainings follow Head Start performance standards. Other duties as assigned by the Director. Mandatory FBI fingerprinting as a background check and other mandatory Head Start Requirements. Willing to travel between sites.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma Required. Must be good with technology/computers. Ability to understand and follow Head Start Performance Standards and other regulations. Early Childhood experience important must be flexible and work well with others. Ability to pay attention to details and good communication skills are required.
