How youll be contributing to Accurx as a Senior Product Designer...
As a Senior Product Designer youll work as an embedded member of a crossfunctional product team. This means that for your team you are the Product Design expert. You have the responsibility to provide anything and everything required from your field to help the team build what our users need. Of course youre not alone. Youll also be part of the Product Design and wider Product/UX function wholl always be there to provide support share learnings and celebrate your achievements.

Working as part of a crossfunctional team helping solve complex communication problems through strong expertise in usercentred design principles user experience design and interaction design.
Delivering product design updates inline with the high standards our users deserve in a consistent and considered manner.
Supporting the Design Community by contributing to regular Design team sessions to foster collaboration share knowledge and strengthen the design culture.
Actively participating in building and improving design culture processes and ways of working across the organisation.
Demonstrating the value of new approaches iterating on ideas and inspiring others to embrace change.

Have proven work experience in a Senior Product Design role
Have exemplary UI/X design skills
Have experience designing for accessibility requirements
Have experience contributing to a design system and embrace working in a modular way
Have demonstrable humancentred product design skills such as: helping to define research goals running collaborative ideation sessions interpreting findings and defining designing solutions
Are confident scoping design ideas with stakeholders of different disciplines
Are an excellent communicator with the ability to describe complex ideas simply
Can make significant contributions to the longer term design/experience strategy for your product area as well as the sequential shorter term goals and objectives to achieve it
Have strong technical understanding and work very effectively with engineering team mates
Love working with design team mates to deliver highquality user interfaces and a thoughtfully evolving experiences
