Summer Sales AssociateAbout THE ROLEOur stores are the life and soul of our business. They act as our main touch points with our everevolving consumer base. The Sales Associate plays a key role in achieving these high include:Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queriesBeing a brand ambassador demonstrating indepth product knowledge. Building and maintaining professional relationships with our building for customers and making further product recommendations. Assessing customers needs and providing assistance and information on product features. Driving store KPIs and suggesting ways to improve. Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance presentation and organization issues are addressed in an appropriate YOUYoull connect to consumers and have a previous track record within hospitality or retail. Youll be an effective communicator with the collaborate to inspire trust and recognize and celebrate the contributions and achievements of others. Youll adapt act with purpose showing a clear presence on the shop take ownership and make informed decisions to find instore solutions.About PVH:
