Job Description
General Information:
Job title: Outreach Clinic Nurse Lead
Location: Delton Family Medical Center Wisconsin Dells WI
Schedules Available: Fulltime 80 hours per pay period; MondayFriday 7:00am5:00pm
Weekend rotation: No Weekends
Holiday rotation: Paid Holidays
Position Summary:
The Outreach Clinic Nurse Lead position is responsible for the organization coordination and management of the clinic as well as providing direct patient care.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks: patient care staff schedules timesheet management vacation/leave approval assigned training meetings supply/vaccine order and management.
- With direction from and collaboration with the Outreach Clinic Manager the Outreach Clinic Nurse Lead is responsible for team building communication employee issues/concerns training and competency budgeting/invoices conduct employee reviews and ensuring compliance with organization policies/procedures and professional standards.
- Provider liaison.
- Patient care.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Position Requirements:
- Twoyear degree in nursing required. Fouryear degree preferred.
- Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Registered Nursing license.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- 3 years of related work experience in a similar role preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must maintain a valid current drivers license.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Intermediate proficiency with computers is required
- Comprehensive nursing skills and direct patient care experience required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
- Selfstarter with excellent interpersonal communication and problemsolving skills.
