Position: Behavioral Health RN
Location: New Bedford
Schedule: FullTime Days 11a7p/12p8p (Flexible Hours)

What Youll Do:
Conduct inhome behavioral health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Provide compassionate oneonone patient care focused on both physical and mental wellbeing.
Educate patients and families on health management and coping strategies.
Communicate patient progress and any concerns with physicians and the clinical team.
Adjust care plans based on patient needs and treatment effectiveness.
Mentor and supervise behavioral health aides and LPNs.
Qualifications:
Active unrestricted RN license in the state.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting.
Ability to travel within the assigned coverage area 50 travel required).
Reliable transportation with a valid drivers license and current auto insurance.
Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing (preferred).
Prior home health or hospice experience is a plus.
