Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a book of commercial insurance business providing excellent customer service and cultivating strong relationships with clients and carriers.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients providing expertise and advice on commercial insurance products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate the best coverage and terms for clients
- Prospect and acquire new clients through networking referrals and other business development activities
- Analyze clients risk exposures and insurance needs and propose comprehensive insurance solutions
- Prepare and present insurance proposals quotes and policy reviews to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide proactive guidance to clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Executive or Insurance Producer
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products coverages and markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license required
Compensation Package
- Competitive base salary: between $100k$150k (depending on experience)
