Location: Remote preferably with the possibility to have onsite trips to the KSA
Type: FullTime
Timeline: approximately 1 month with possible prolongation
Domain: fintech ecosystems of products
Project: An ecosystem of different fintech projects; the candidate will lead a Discovery phase for one of them Onboarding process for financing products and Commercial Loans.
Team: from our side Product Designers Designer Director from the clients Product Managers Marketing Managers and other possible stakeholders.
List of Responsibilities: a strong PO/BA who can take the lead in shaping the strategy conducting necessary research and building out the product development roadmap.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis and 1.5 years of experience as a Product Owner working in crossfunctional teams and driving product success. In this role you will be responsible for leading the Discovery phase developing product roadmaps and performing a wide range of Business Analyst tasks to align business needs with technical solutions.
We would prefer to have a Discovery phase offline with the client in KSA so if you can travel over there for a week or so would be the best!
Key Responsibilities:
Product Owner Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in the Discovery phase of product development working closely with stakeholders to define business needs and product scope.
Gather analyze and document requirements during workshops interviews and observations with stakeholders.
Develop maintain and prioritize product roadmaps aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Communicate the product vision and strategy to the development team and ensure the product backlog reflects the business priorities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Ensure timely delivery of features according to the roadmap coordinating with development design and QA teams.
Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
Facilitate backlog refinement sprint planning and review sessions with the development team.
Monitor progress and report on product KPIs and performance.
Business Analysis Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Documentation:
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to elicit document and manage requirements in the form of functional and nonfunctional specifications.
Analyze and decompose highlevel business requirements into detailed and clear documentation such as use cases user stories and process flows.
Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement ensuring the product meets the business needs.
Analyze and model business processes identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Facilitate workshops to gather insights and drive process redesign.
Required Qualifications:
4 years of experiencein Business Analysis preferably in Agile environments.
1.5 years of experienceas a Product Owner managing product backlogs and roadmaps.
Proven experience leading Discovery phases and turning business needs into actionable product requirements.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
Excellent documentation skills with experience in creating BRDs use cases user stories and functional specifications.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience collaborating with technical and nontechnical teams.
Experience in conducting requirements analysis process modeling and solution design.
