The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Executive Briefing Program (EBC) is seeking an experienced Briefing Program Manager to manage and plan high value executive briefings to customers in our Executive Briefing Center in Seattle WA.
As a Briefing Program Manager you are responsible for the overall success of onsite executive briefings. This includes managing planning timelines stakeholder expectations & communications executive engagement and the successful of briefings.
In this role you will work with internal sales stakeholders to provide strategic consultation on the design of briefing engagements. You will work backwards from the customers business objectives to develop bespoke briefing agendas and experiences that solve specific customer challenges and drive adoption of AWS services.
You will work closely with supporting briefing team members to develop plan and execute unique and impactful engagements for our customers which deepen relationships accelerate cloud adoption and inspire customers through the art of the possible.
The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with the ability to build partnerships. They will have excellent project management and analytical skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and deliver independently on both strategic and tactical program initiatives. The candidate should be organized comfortable establishing processes and guidelines collaborative and able to work backwards from the customer to make complex datadriven decisions.

Key job responsibilities
Manage endtoend briefing planning process for executive briefings hosted in the Seattle WA Executive Briefing Center
Develop briefing agendas and facilitate experiences that connect AWS executive leaders technical subject matter expert and customers for strategic 1:1 outcomebased discussions
Create mechanisms and drive efficiencies to deliver briefings at scale
Build key relationships to drive the successful delivery of a streamlined experience to internal stakeholders and customers
Improve and in some cases develop standard operating procedures
Utilize exceptional communication skills to set appropriate expectations with internal and external stakeholders throughout the briefing planning process
Identity opportunity to continually raise the bar for stakeholders by driving YoY process improvements

A day in the life
As an AWS Briefing Program Manager your days will be spent hosting customers at our Seattle center meeting with account teams to plan and craft customer engagements and sourcing the right AWS speaker to meet with customer to achieve their desired business objectives. About 2550 of the work week is spent hosing customers while the remainder is spent planning future engagements and working with our team to drive program efficiencies and improve the customer experience.

4 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience using customer research hard data and metrics to back up assumptions generate forecasts and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience working in executive engagement programs tech consulting or Executive Briefing programs.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
