Sheehan Buick GMC is seeking a customerfocused detailoriented Service BDC Agent to join our fastpaced service department. As a key member of our team youll be the first point of contact for our valued service customershelping to ensure every visit starts with a great experience.
About the Role:
As our ServiceBDC Agent youll handle inbound service calls schedule appointments and provide consistent professional communication that sets the tone for our high standard of care. Youll ensure Business Development as a key component of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally handle inbound service inquiries and appointment scheduling. Make outbound calls for appointment reminders maintenance followups and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to optimize workflow and accuracy. Maintain accurate records using our CRM and scheduling tools. Support our team in delivering a seamless and premium customer experience. Reach out to customers to introduce them to Sheehan Buick GMC. Youll be a key player in growing our customer base.
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience in aBDC call center or customer service role (automotive preferred). Strong phone communication and active listening skills. Comfortable with technology CRM systems and scheduling platforms Organized efficient and capable of multitasking in a highvolume environment. A team player with a positive proactive attitude.
