Description
SHIFT: MONFRI 9 AM6 PM
LOCATION: REMOTE POSITION
This position will be working within the imaging scheduling contact center.
- This role will provide liaison support between the operating unit radiology techs and scheduling agents to provide scheduling related assistance.
- Vetting patients and provider imaging orders for safety devices implants accuracy and to ensure proper scheduling.
- Works with the department and system leadership to create a dashboard with drivers for quality metric improvements within radiology that align with the defined radiology strategic plan.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology and at a minimum be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in accordance with the American Heart Association required.
- Must have a minimum of one 1 year experience.
