The position:
As an assistant to Bolidens inhouse legal function/paralegal you will play an important role in supporting our Group Legal Affairs team. You will be responsible for managing certain corporate matters preparing annual reports and board meeting materials model agreements and handling insider registrations and related tasks. Your accuracy and sense of responsibility will be important in ensuring that our processes are effectively managed. This fulltime position is based in our Stockholm office and may require occasional travel.
Who you will work with:
You will report directly to Boliden Groups Director Legal Affairs and be part of our Group Legal Affairs team which consists of seven inhouse legal counsel. Together we collaborate to support Bolidens operations and ensure compliance with laws regulations and related requirements.
Your tasks:
Handle corporate formalities for the Boliden Group.
Assist with annual report preparation.
Prepare documentation for annual general meetings board meetings and other functions.
Manage model agreements policies and instructions.
Handle insider registrations and maintain insider logbooks.
Maintain contact with authorities suppliers external law firms partners and other stakeholders.
Manage the corporate information on the external website and Group Legals information in our internal channels.
Gather information and prepare presentations.
Provide administrative assistance to the team including archiving document handling invoicing and travel arrangements.
Your qualifications:
Basic education in Swedish corporate law economics or paralegal studies.
35 years of experience from a similar role at a law firm court authority or listed company.
Proficiency in Swedish and English both spoken and written. Finnish is beneficial.
Ability to use and navigate various digital tools and systems.
A structured work approach effective task prioritization skills and a solutionoriented mindset.
A collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
