This position will be remote within the US with a preference for candidates located on the Eastern side of the US.
In this role a typical day will look like:
Support and consult on digital platecutting workflows.
Provide expert level consulting services related to technological improvement of software hardware plates color and printing presses for Flexo.
Provide support to customers and internal staff relating to the platemaking processes Esko screening and color applications.
Provide support of sales and distributors conducting hardware/software demos and benchmarks at various locations.
Travel up to 75 overnight across the US and occasionally to Canada.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Willingness to travel up to 75 overnight within the U.S. with occasional travel to Canada.
At least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
Bachelors/Masters with emphasis in Graphic Arts Graphic Communications or the equivalent in related work experience.
Experience with Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office applications; intermediatelevel skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong troubleshooting abilities related to printing and software issues including the ability to perform intermediatelevel software installations and network configurations.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $90000 $100000 USD per job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
