Estate Manager

Job Description Summary

We are seeking an Estates Manager for one of Sheffields most exciting new developments Heart of the City. This vibrant project spans over 1.5 million sq ft and includes a mix of office spaces startup studios residential apartments and food & beverage outlets designed to create a thriving community environment.

Job Description

As Estates Manager you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences for occupiers and visitors while maintaining a safe legally compliant and sustainable environment. Acting as an ambassador for both Heart of the City and our partners including Sheffield City Council and Rivington Hark your role will elevate the profile of this landmark development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daytoday property management and ensuring compliance with all safety and legal standards.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a sense of community within the development.
  • Leading and managing sitebased teams and suppliers to ensure high service standards.
  • Collaborating with leasing agents asset managers and other stakeholders to meet client objectives.
  • Ensuring the operational success of the estate including financial and compliance goals and driving sustainability initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a background in property management shopping centre management or hospitality with experience in delivering highquality customer service. You should have strong leadership skills and a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all those interacting with the estate.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • IOSH Health & Safety certification
  • Management qualification
  • Membership of a relevant professional body such as IWFM or RICS

Job Details:

  • Fulltime position based at Heart of the City Sheffield.
  • Competitive salary with benefits including car allowance and performancebased incentives.
  • 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Events and Duty Management cover where applicable.
