Position Overview: The Senior Systems Engineer will provide onsite and remote design and delivery of fullstack IT systems for various customers including the DoD and U.S. Government.

What youll do:

• Understand customer requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement tailored IT solutions.
• Deliver solutions that consistently exceed customer expectations.
• Design and deploy solutions with expertlevel knowledge and certifications in technologies such as:
  • Azure Stack HCI
  • vSphere VSAN
  • Dell VxRail
  • Dell PowerEdge systems including rackmount and MX series servers
• Apply datacenter networking experience including:
  • Local Area Networking (LAN) using Dell and Cisco switches
  • Storage Area Networking (SAN)
• Manage and administer multiple operating systems including:
  • Linux
  • Windows Server
  • Various hypervisors (e.g. VMware HyperV)
• Design the implementation of various IT systems at customer locations.
• Physically install and cable various IT systems in customer datacenters.
• Document final installed configuration.
• Provide oversight to other onsite vendors.
• Work within a combined vendor team to resolve issues and keep delivery on schedule.
• Travel to various locations (CONUS and OCONUS) to install systems for US Government customers.

What youll bring:

• Active Secret security clearance issued by the U.S. Government required; Top Secret preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a DoDissued ID card.
• Bachelors Degree (B.S. in a technical field required; Masters Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a technical role delivering systems and network solutions.
• Postsales delivery experience highly preferred.
• Data center management background strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in designing and deploying Azure Stack HCI.
• Handson experience with Microsoft Azure required.
• Working knowledge of the Azure operating system and related virtualization technologies for data center solutions.
• Strong expertise with multivendor data center platforms including Dell HPE Nutanix Cisco Aruba VMware NetScout and others.
• Ability to accurately document delivery solutions.
• Current manufacturer certifications required (e.g. Dell Cisco Microsoft).
• Ability to travel up to 75 including occasional weekend and international travel as business needs dictate.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
