Job Description
As the Growth Strategy team we tackle the most important topics in the company and work directly with Booksys leadership team. Were the goto team for impossible challenges helping shape the strategic direction of our growth.
We are looking for a Growth Strategy Manager to help us solve the toughest problems on our path. Youll identify and execute on strategic opportunities and process improvement projects all backed by strong data analysis. Youll act as an internal consultant partnering closely with leadership.

What youll be doing:
- Strategic Analysis and Implementation
- Understand local market conditions customer expectations and the competitive landscape to help define market strategies.
- Translate highlevel strategy into actionable projects and lead their implementation.
- Problem Solving
- Break down complex business problems into structured frameworks developing hypotheses and recommending datadriven solutions.
- Project Management & Leadership:
- Lead crossfunctional projects endtoend: from ideation through analysis to implementation.
- Manage timelines resources and stakeholders ensuring strong communication with the Management Board and Senior Leadership Team to deliver measurable impact.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
Requirements
Essentially to ensure you succeed in this role youre going to need
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Business Consultant or in a strategy/operations role ideally in house in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
- Additional experience at a toptier management consulting firm (McKinsey BCG Bain etc. or a highimpact internal strategy team would be a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ownership and successful delivery of complex projects with measurable impact.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking:
- Strong problemsolving and data analysis skills
- At least intermediate SQL skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing a variety of stakeholders including senior executives.
- Full professional fluency in English (both written and verbal); comfort navigating multicultural environments.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic fastchanging environment.
It will also help you to have
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
