About the Role:

Cannondale is looking for a Technical Project Manager on our Enterprise Project Management Org (EPMO) teamto lead projects from start to finish overseeing the full lifecycle from intake through and closure. Youll work closely with internal and external developers as well as business owners to keep things moving smoothly and efficiently.

In this role youll coordinate crossfunctional teams while managing project scope risk timelines budgets and resources to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope. Youll also serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders keeping communication clear expectations aligned and collaboration strong throughout every phase of the project.

How Youll Make an Impact:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of all assigned projects including digital development
• Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation strategieswhile managingthe scope withappropriate change control measures in place (scope schedule budget)
• Work within the EPMO framework of intake planning and prioritization prior to project
• Track and communicate progress risks and issues to stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver executive steering committee updates when necessary
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders including data owners and stewards Business Analysts Technical Product Owners and subject matter experts to understand their needs priorities and requirements
• Work closely with third party development partners where necessary
• Responsible for successful delivery of development programs/projects with integration of organizational change management
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams integration in the development and successful completion of small through largescale initiatives across the entire project lifecycle
• Monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project budgets andallocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization while meeting project goals and timelines
• Ensure change and adoption of projects is managedcommunicated and monitored
• Ensure project closure with correct documentation including lessons learned
• Ensure successful completion of Internal and External Audits on Projects
• Champion and encourage a positive working environment and effective teamwork in line with the Companys values behaviors and culture
• Contribute to the companys success by leading andassisting in other projects and tasks assigned
• Follow internal controls and company policy as set by company and job function
• Work collaboratively with the Leadership team and encourage a culture of continuous process improvement

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5 years of relevant experience and Bachelors degree in computer science technology management engineering or a related field required
• Proven Stakeholder management and organizational change management skills
• Experience in various project management methodologies Waterfall Agile Hybrid etc
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to business language and vice versa
• Relevant and recent experience leading projects from start to finish in multiple of the areas below:
  • Small to Large scale solution build & deployments across multiple regionsapplications and areas
  • Experience in managing external vendorsresources and contracts
  • Experience in of business change management as part of a project
  • Experience in smoothly transitioning (technical) project deliverables to support team
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Effective negotiating skills
• Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to AzureDevops PowerAps/PowerBI/Power Automate MS Excel etc.
• PMP Certification a plus
