Your Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of an HR talent management project during the term.
  • Analyze create business cases and recommend next steps for talent management related initiatives including performance management and succession planning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline existing processes and procedures based on customer feedback and experience.
  • Present findings to groups of key stakeholders leveraging strong influencing skills and being open to receive feedback.
  • Provide high quality HR support to internal customers (the HR community business unit leaders and employees) with accurate and timely processing of information.
  • Coordinate various HR programs and perform administrative tasks related to various departments.

Your Background:

  • Student in Human Resources 3rd year).
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and diverse employee groups.
  • Collaborate with a solutionoriented attitude.
  • Strong communication skills in English. French written and verbal skills will be considered an asset.
  • Highly organized with the ability to coordinate multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of HR talent management methodologies and practices.

Tches

Prendre en charge un projet de gestion des talents en RH pendant le mandat.

Analyser crer des analyses de rentabilit et recommander les prochaines tapes pour les initiatives lies la gestion des talents notamment la gestion du rendement et la planification de la relve.

Identifier les possibilits damliorer et de rationaliser les processus et procdures existants en fonction des commentaires et de lexprience des clients.

Prsenter les rsultats des groupes de parties prenantes cls en faisant appel de solides comptences en matire dinfluence et en tant ouvert aux commentaires.

Fournir un soutien RH de haute qualit aux clients internes (la communaut RH les dirigeants des units commerciales et les employs) en traitant linformation de manire prcise et opportune.

Coordonner divers programmes RH et effectuer des tches administratives lies divers dpartements.

tudiant(e) en ressources humaines 3e anne).

Trs bonne connaissance de lenvironnement Microsoft Office (Word Excel et PowerPoint).

Capacit travailler avec des quipes interfonctionnelles et des groupes demploys divers.

Collaborer avec une attitude oriente vers la recherche de solutions.

Solides comptences en communication en anglais. Des comptences crites et verbales en franais seront considres comme un atout.

Hautement organis et capable de coordonner plusieurs projets dans des dlais serrs.

Comptences souhaitables

Connaissance des mthodologies et pratiques de gestion des talents en RH.
