Euroclear a leading global financial market infrastructure recently founded the Euroclear Foundation a notforprofit entity dedicated to creating impactful social outcomes that break the cycle of inequality in the communities where we operate. The Foundation is funded by a substantial annual endowment from the Euroclear Group.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Director of Grants to lead our grantmaking efforts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundations grant strategy and managing an impactful portfolio of nonprofit partners ensuring our funding decisions align with longterm social impact goals. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead grantmaking efforts from the ground up backed by a clear vision and sustained financial commitment.
In this role you will have the opportunity to influence the Foundations program strategy cultivate strong relationships with grantees and key partners oversee nonprofit selection and impact evaluation and fully leverage technology to improve program and grant outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:develop and execute grantmaking strategies ensuring alignment with the foundations mission and priorities. Identify opportunities for highimpact funding staying informed on philanthropic trends and needs across multiple regions.
- Grant Program Management:oversee the entire grant lifecycle from proposal review and funding decisions to compliance and impact assessment.
- Grant Proposal Evaluation:lead grant evaluations ensuring proposals meet strategic criteria and offer clear sustainable benefits.
- Stakeholder Engagement:cultivate strong partnerships with grantees stakeholders policymakers and thought leaders to amplify impact.
- Monitoring and Reporting:monitor and report outcomes developing effective tracking systems to measure the longterm success of funded projects. Ensure regulatory compliance maintaining transparency and accountability in all funding initiatives.

We seek a resultsdriven leader with deep expertise in grantmaking and a passion for transformative change. The ideal candidate will bring:
- 710 years of experience in grant management philanthropy or impactdriven funding.
- Strategic vision a proven ability to design funding approaches that drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong leadership and influence with the ability to engage highlevel stakeholders and decisionmakers.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skillswith the ability to assess complex funding proposals and drive strategic decisionmaking.
- Strong organizational and project management expertisecombined with excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across stakeholders.
- Operational and financial expertise comfortable managing compliance reporting and grant tracking systems.
- Commitment to social impact with a particular focus on advancing equity and inclusion.
