Performs physical therapy occupational therapy speechlanguage pathology or audiology assistance under the direct supervision of a therapist or audiologist. Conducts assigned department support work activities.Job Description:
EDUCATION
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- HS Diploma
- Bachelors: Kinesiology or related field
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
- BLSBasic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- Restorative Aide Certification for applicable care setting.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
- 6 mos2 years IP or OP Rehab Clinic
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Requires critical thinking problem solving decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a demanding environment balance multiple priorities and take appropriate actions.
- Computer proficiency in word processing/typing basic application and hardware functions required for applicable care setting.

Pay Range is $25.56 to $31.15 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
