WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW :
As the District Manager for Blood Collections in the Greater Portland Area you will oversee collection teams to ensure the achievement of collection goals business initiatives and quality metrics. In this role you will use your biomedical knowledge logistics/supply chain experience strong leadership skills and the ability to manage union relations to lead our Portland teams. You will enforce organizational policies drive production and embrace cultural initiatives. As a change agent you will lead teams through transformation fostering future leadership and collaboration. Your operational mindset and communication skills will be key to driving success and efficiency.
Provide support development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal State and local regulations.

Pay Information: The salary range for this position is $95000$105000
Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location where the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
This is an onsite position based out of our Portland location. This role will require travel within the Greater Portland Metro area including coastal communities.
This job will be posted for a minimum of ten business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.
