Position Available
Job Title: Test Engineer
Job Duties: Complete all aspects of regulatory compliance testing and reporting on client products. Meet test objectives by determining methods and selecting equipment as well as interpreting and applying applicable test standards. Perform tests for certification of equipment to applicable domestic or international regulatory standards and regulatory compliance regulations. Validate proper design and operation of product features as defined by functional specifications. Generate and revise test documents and reports and liaise with global laboratories to ensure consistency and accuracy of methods and interpretations.
Work Location: Boxborough MA
Hours/Week: 40 (Fulltime)
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or foreign equivalent) and 2 years of related experience required including experience conducting safety testing on electrical electronic ITAV and lighting products/components. Experience with IEC/EN/US/SASO/GSO standards required. Experience with ISO 17025 required. Brief domestic travel required.
