Assistant Site Superintendent Institutional Project (University Build)
A wellestablished General Contractor is seeking an Assistant Site Superintendent to join their team on a major university project. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career while working alongside an experienced site team on a landmark institutional development.
Compensation: $90000$100000 vehicle allowance benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daytoday site operations coordination of trades and enforcement of safety standards
Maintain daily reports site documentation and progress tracking
Support the Site Superintendent in scheduling quality control and issue resolution
Contribute to a positive professional site environment
Qualifications:
25 years of construction experience in an Assistant Superintendent or related site role
Experience on institutional or largescale commercial projects preferred
Strong organizational communication and problemsolving skills
Familiarity with construction scheduling health and safety and municipal inspections
