A DAY IN THE LIFE
Our Administrative Professional I position is located in Loveland Colorado and will support our operation to become the gold standard for environmental science and engineering services to the oil/gas sector and other clients. This position will be onsite and will involve a combination of administrative support expense report support invoicing support and general office support. For that reason we are only considering candidates who are local to the area (or willing to relocate) and agreeable to this work arrangement. This work will support our teams large portfolio of projects and operations is fastpaced and involves positive interaction with our team members clients (internal and external) and crosscollaborative teams. Our company has doubled in size the past 4 years and our strategy is to continue this trend. We have massive growth opportunity at Montrose. The sky is the limit! As a key team member you will help:
Managing expense reports including reviewing and submitting documentation for leadership
Supporting invoicing processes including tracking submitting and reconciling invoices
Printing compiling binding mailing and receiving documents mail and packages
Performing administrative tasks using Microsoft Office products (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint etc. Workday Salesforce and other required software
Organizing office meetings and teambuilding functions
Assisting with proposals document review and line editing
Ordering and restocking office supplies to ensure availability
Maintaining and organizing physical and digital document filing systems
Coordinating facility maintenance by scheduling contractors gathering cost estimates and ensuring timely resolution of issues
Answering emails and phone calls including transferring calls as necessary
Maintaining contact lists organizational charts and company records
Exercising safe work practices by following company safety rules and OSHA regulations including completing required safety training programs
Liaising with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations
Assisting with travel arrangements and calendar management for leadership and conference rooms
Performing other administrative tasks as assigned
Championing a strong safety culture and fostering a positive workplace environment
YOUR EXPERTISE AND SKILLS
To perform this job successfully individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.
Associates degree in Business Marketing Communications English Environmental Science or a related field from an accredited university or an equivalent combination of education training and experience
2 years of experience in an office setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint
Experience with Workday and/or Salesforce is a plus
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to spend extended periods working with office equipment and computers
Capability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds from floor to waist or overhead level
Desire to work in a collaborative professional environment contribute ideas for improvement and maintain a positive team spirit
