Job Overview:
We are seeking a customerfocused and detailoriented Call Center Specialist to join our support team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers handling inquiries resolving issues and providing exceptional service via phone email or chat. You ll work in a fastpaced environment ensuring every interaction is professional helpful and aligned with our company values.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products services or policies
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Document all customer interactions clearly and thoroughly
Meet individual and team performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction
Maintain uptodate knowledge of company offerings and procedures
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to improve customer service
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate s or bachelor s degree is a plus
1 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications
Flexible availability including potential weekends or evening shifts
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with call center software and performance metrics
