Are you a passionate and energetic PE Teacher seeking an exciting new opportunity in a dynamic and supportive school environment
A thriving secondary school in Derbyis looking to appoint a dedicated PE Teacher to join their committed team. This is a fulltime position teaching Physical Education from Key Stage 3 through to Key Stage 5 starting immediately on a temporary basis with the potential for extension or a permanent contract based on performance.
PE Teacher The Role
- Position: PE Teacher
- Location: Derby
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract: Fulltime Temporary
- Teaching: PE to KS3KS5
- Salary: MPS1 UPS3 (Dependent on experience)
As a PE Teacher you will deliver engaging and challenging lessons across all key stages encouraging active participation and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Youll also have opportunities to get involved in the schools rich extracurricular programme including interschool sports fitness clubs and competitive events.

- A degree in Physical Education or a related subject
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
- Experience teaching PE at KS3 KS4 and ideally KS5

Salary
The salary for this PE Teacher role will be paid to scale on a fulltime temporary basis (MPS/UPS).
