Are you an enthusiastic and driven Psychology Teacher seeking an exciting new opportunity in a highachieving and supportive school
A fantastic school in Derbyis looking to appoint a committed Psychology Teacher to join their successful Social Sciences department. This is a fulltime permanentrole starting in September teaching Psychology at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5. The school welcomes both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with a passion for inspiring students.
Psychology Teacher The Role
- Position: Psychology Teacher
- Location: Derby
- Start Date: September
- Contract: Fulltime Permanent
- Teaching: Psychology to KS4 and KS5
- Salary: MPS1 UPS3 (Dependent on experience)
As a Psychology Teacher you will be responsible for delivering highquality engaging lessons to GCSE and ALevel students fostering critical thinking and supporting academic success. You will also play a key role in curriculum planning and departmental enrichment activities.

What Were Looking For
- A degree in Psychology or a closely related subject
- PGCE and QTS
- Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5 (including placements)
- A passion for Psychology and a dedication to student achievement
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Salary
The salary for this Psychology Teacher role will be paid to scale on a permanent contract (MPS/UPS).
