You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOCU are looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Manager to manage teams across the South East working from our Greenwich and Erith Office.
The Grounds Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a large vegetation management programme and reactive requests and collaborate on relevant policy development and develop a high quality effective service.
This is a new work stream so this will give the successful candidate say on how this programme is run.
You will be covering a large volume of small sites and working in a regulated environment you will be responsible for maintaining the highest of standards in Health and Safety.
We will need you to:
Oversee grass cutting removal shrub and hedge cutting tree trimming and general gardening tasks as well as baiting tree surgery sharps collection and fly tip management. You will also need to manage staff engagement and maintain good working relationships with Stakeholders Suppliers Clients and relevant regulatory bodies and plan an annual delivery programme and agree this with the client.
