Job Description
A highperforming school in Westminster is looking to appoint an inspiring Art Teacher to join their dedicated and creative arts faculty. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Art Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 and potentially ALevel Art in a school that values visual literacy and artistic expression. Location: WestminsterRole: Art Teacher (FullTime Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Art lessons across Key Stages 34 (and potentially KS5.
- Inspire students to express themselves through visual storytelling in both traditional and contemporary media within Art.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Art curriculum.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Art.
- Potentially lead art clubs and support students with GCSE portfolios and creative enrichment projects.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Art Fine Art or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Art at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
- Strong subject knowledge in both traditional and contemporary art media.
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire creativity in art.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to a vibrant school art community.
