Job Description

A wellresourced school in Ealing is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Spanish Teacher to join their supportive Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Spanish Teacher to inspire a love of the Spanish language and culture in students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Location: EalingRole: Spanish Teacher (FullTime Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging Spanish lessons across Key Stages 34.
  • Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for the Spanish language and culture.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Spanish curriculum within the MFL department.
  • Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Spanish.
  • Potentially contribute to extracurricular Spanish clubs or cultural exchanges enriching the learning of Spanish.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Spanish.
  • Degree in Spanish or a related field.
  • Proven experience teaching Spanish at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the Spanish language and culture.
  • Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire students in Spanish.
  • A commitment to fostering effective communication skills in Spanish.
