What Youll Be Doing

As a KS2 Teacher you will:

• Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver lessons that are both engaging and challenging covering the full National Curriculum.
• Support Individual Needs: Adapt teaching strategies to ensure that all students including those with SEND and additional needs are fully included in lessons and activities.
• Track and Assess Progress: Regularly monitor and assess students progress setting clear targets and providing feedback that encourages improvement and success.
• Create an Inclusive Classroom: Build a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels safe respected and motivated to learn.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work with fellow teachers and support staff to share best practices ensure consistency across the year group and develop an exciting and cohesive curriculum.
• Engage with Parents: Communicate regularly with parents and carers to provide updates on their childs progress and address any concerns.
• Participate in School Activities: Be an active participant in the wider school community attending school events and contributing to extracurricular activities.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for a KS2 Teacher who:

• Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Has experience in teaching Key Stage 2 and a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Demonstrates a commitment to providing an inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all students.
• Is passionate about student achievement and dedicated to helping children reach their full potential.
• Has excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with students colleagues and parents.
• Is a team player willing to collaborate and share ideas with others to continuously improve teaching practice.
• Holds a growth mindset ready to embrace new ideas and approaches to teaching.
