Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Operations Engineer to join our fastgrowing team. In this role you will be responsible for the deployment monitoring retraining and governance of AI models and solutions in production environments. Your work will be crucial in ensuring the scalability reliability and continuous improvement of our AIdriven initiatives.

This fulltime permanent position is available on a hybrid basis for candidates based in Helsinki or on a remote basis for candidates based in Europe.
What you will do:
- Deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to testing and production systems
- Monitor the performance and health of deployed models ensuring stability and reliability
- Develop and manage pipelines for model retraining
- Implement robust monitoring logging and alerting systems for AI models in production
- Collaborate closely with AI developers data scientists software engineers and DevOps Engineers to streamline the endtoend ML lifecycle
What you need:
- Strong experience in MLOps practices including deployment monitoring and model maintenance
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms and services (AWS preferred)
- Proficiency with tools such as Docker CI/CD pipelines MLflow or similar
- Experience with model retraining workflows and production data management
- Knowledge of best practices in monitoring machine learning models in live environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across crossfunctional teams
