Join our HR team at Axpo Bulgaria and play a vital role in HR administration employee support and benefits management. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute locally while also having the opportunity to participate in international projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What you will do:
Provide HR administration support including onboarding contract creation and employee offboarding.
Ensure accurate employee data management in local HR systems.
Support business travel processes including A1 certificate documentation.
Coordinate and manage employee benefits such as Multisport and Znanie cards.
Serve as a point of contact for HRrelated inquiries
Assist in drafting updating and implementing HR policies and process improvements.
What you bring & who you are:
University degree in HR Business Administration Sociology Psychology or a related field.
Several years experience in HR administration preferably in an international environment.
Strong skills in MS Office; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Bulgarian labor law and HR processes.
Teamoriented detailfocused and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
Fluent in Bulgarian and English; additional languages are a plus.
