Job Description
Position: Occupational Therapist CHT
Location: Willis/Conroe/The Woodlands TX
Employment Type: Fulltime
Compensation: $79040 $114400 annually
Relocation: Partial assistance available

MustHave Qualifications:
- Certified Hand Therapy (CHT) certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Active license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Texas
Position Overview:
This role offers the opportunity to join the advanced Clinic partnering closely with renowned hand surgeons and working collaboratively with a highly skilled team of Certified Hand Therapists. This clinic is scheduled to open in May 2025 and offers a strong focus on professional development through an AOTAaccredited hand fellowship program.
Responsibilities Include:
- Performing complete evaluations and developing care plans
- Administering advanced occupational therapy treatments
- Communicating with caregivers insurance providers and multidisciplinary staff
- Supervising assistants and support personnel
- Supporting departmental planning education initiatives and quality improvement
- Upholding Memorial Hermanns values of safe caring and personalized patient experiences
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or graduate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Texas OT License (active)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Ability to lift/carry stand for prolonged periods and demonstrate fine motor skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
