Your Impact:
As a Molding Process Technician youll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and highquality production. Depending on your experience level (Tech 2 or Tech 3 youll:
- Tech 2:
- Execute mold changes robot EOAT changes and resin color changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderate process issues.
- Perform new robot setups based on existing programs.
- Coordinate startups and mold changes based on production schedules.
- Write and issue deviations and OCCs.
- Tech 3:
- Manage 1020 injection molding machines and peripheral equipment.
- Address medium to highdifficulty process issues.
- Work with production on daily schedules.
- Mentor and train lowerlevel technicians.
- Work with minimal supervision.
What Youll Bring:
- Tech 2:
- 12 years of process technician experience or equivalent.
- Basic maintenance troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to edit existing robot programs.
- Basic computer skills and documentation experience.
- Tech 3:
- 23 years of process technician experience or equivalent.
- Independent judgment and troubleshooting skills.
- Intermediate robot programming abilities.
- Ability to mentor new technicians.

Work Environment:
