Were looking for engineers with 510 years of experience who are passionate about driving innovation and optimizing manufacturing processes.

Your Impact:
As an Injection Molding Engineer youll play a critical role in new model development process optimization and cost reduction. You will:
- Optimize Manufacturing: Analyze and resolve s and manufacturing defects driving costeffective solutions.
- Drive Capital Investments: Participate in equipment installations and process implementations for new model development.
- Innovate & Implement: Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance productivity reduce costs and improve product quality.
- Provide Technical Expertise: Support production process and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Lead New Model Development: Contribute to tooling design process development simulation robot programming and process confirmation.
- Ensure Financial Reliability: Provide technical insights on inventory manufacturing costs and capital investments.
- Project Management: manage projects communicate progress and coordinate with multiple teams.
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors Degree in Plastics Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- 510 years of handson experience in injection molding and robotics.
- Proficiency in CAD/3D modeling and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent project management skills.

Work Environment:
This role involves a blend of office and manufacturing floor presence. Expect to work around cranes and injection molding machines and require around 3 days of travel per month. Availability for offshift work is also a requirement.
