Are you a seasoned Injection Molding Engineer ready to leverage your expertise in a dynamic cuttingedge environment Our client a leading Tier 1 supplier to Honda is seeking a talented individual to join our team in London Ohio. Were looking for engineers with 510 years of experience who are passionate about driving innovation and optimizing manufacturing processes.

Our London Ohio facility is a hub of innovation encompassing lighting and mold design production engineering and a collaborative team across various departments. Your Impact:

As an Injection Molding Engineer youll play a critical role in new model development process optimization and cost reduction. You will:

  • Optimize Manufacturing: Analyze and resolve s and manufacturing defects driving costeffective solutions.
  • Drive Capital Investments: Participate in equipment installations and process implementations for new model development.
  • Innovate & Implement: Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance productivity reduce costs and improve product quality.
  • Provide Technical Expertise: Support production process and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Lead New Model Development: Contribute to tooling design process development simulation robot programming and process confirmation.
  • Ensure Financial Reliability: Provide technical insights on inventory manufacturing costs and capital investments.
  • Project Management: manage projects communicate progress and coordinate with multiple teams.

What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors Degree in Plastics Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • 510 years of handson experience in injection molding and robotics.
  • Proficiency in CAD/3D modeling and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent project management skills.

    • Level II 5 years): $70000 $80000
    • Level III 510 years): $80000 $90000

Work Environment:

This role involves a blend of office and manufacturing floor presence. Expect to work around cranes and injection molding machines and require around 3 days of travel per month. Availability for offshift work is also a requirement.
