Job Description
Travel RN MedSurg / Telemetry / Oncology Night Shift
We are seeking a RN MedSurg / Telemetry / Oncology for a 13weeks travel/contract assignment in Rochester NY 14626.
Job Details:
- Shift: 12hr Night; 7p7a
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $1980 $2124
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy and monitor patient responses.
- Work in Medical/Telemetry Palliative Care and Oncology units.
- Manage treatment side effects like pain and nausea.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses and care plans.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Document treatment progress and coordinate with the care team.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years of recent experience (required)
- System Experience: Epic (required)
Certifications:
- ACLS (required)
- BLS (required)
- ONS Chemotherapy Fundamentals and Immunotherapy Administration Certification (required for the 4400 unit)
- Chemo Certification (required)
