A wellestablished multidisciplinary engineering firm that delivers impactful local and regional infrastructure projects is seeking an experienced engineering leader to join their team. They are looking for a Registered Professional Engineer with at least 10 years of design experience and a minimum of 2 years in project or staff management ideally within the transportation sector to support strategic growth and lead operational success.
What you will be doing:

Support the Vice President in achieving Transportation SBU goals related to sales revenue and profitability
-
Oversee daily SBU operations and ensure efficiency technical adequacy and staff performance
-
Contribute to strategic business planning and enforce corporate and departmental policies
-
Lead and support project teams including mentoring staff conducting evaluations and promoting crossfunctional collaboration
-
Drive business development by maintaining client relationships preparing proposals and negotiating contracts
-
Monitor project progress budget compliance and technical performance to ensure quality and profitability
-
Coordinate with other SBUs on multidiscipline projects and resource planning
Experience you will need:
-
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
-
Minimum 10 years of transportation design or engineering experience
-
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license required
-
At least 2 years in a project management or staff supervisory role

Proven leadership ability and familiarity with business planning client development and team performance management

Strong communication organizational and analytical skills
