Job Description
Lead the UI design process from concept to final implementation for web and mobile applications.
Create highfidelity mockups design systems and component libraries that scale.
Maintain and evolve the visual language and brand consistency across all platforms.
Mentor and guide junior and midlevel designers.
Collaborate with UX designers to turn wireframes and user flows into beautiful intuitive user interfaces.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay uptodate with the latest UI trends tools and best practices.
Conduct design reviews and contribute to design critique sessions.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in UI design with at least 1 2 years in a lead or senior role.
A strong portfolio showcasing excellent UI work across various platforms.
Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma Adobe XD Sketch etc..
Solid understanding of UX principles and responsive design.
Experience with design systems and componentbased design approaches.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
EU work authorization or residency in Belgium.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in agile product teams.
Animation or interaction design skills (e.g. using Principle After Effects or Lottie).
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
