Adelphi is seeking experienced Mental Health Counselors to provide services at an Educational Institution in Montgomery County Pennsylvania. The ideal candidates will collaborate with school staff to deliver inperson mental health counseling across multiple elementary school sites ensuring compliance with the MultiTiered System of Supports (MTSS) Student Assistance Programs (SAP) and all local state and federal educational guidelines.

Shift schedule: Up to 40 hours per week during standard school hours; flexible scheduling across four elementary schools within the district
Requirements:
Active Pennsylvania mental health license in good standing (LPC LCSW LMFT or certified school counselor with mental health specialization)
Minimum of Master s degree in CounselingPsychology or related field.
Valid driver s license (for traveling between school sites if needed).
Minimum of two 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling (preferred).
Experience working in schoolbased or pediatric settings is a plus.
Familiarity with MTSS SAP and traumainformed practices.
Responsibilities:
Deliver inperson mental health counseling services to elementary school students in accordance with SAP and MTSS processes.
Provide individual and small group counseling focused on skillbuilding for anxiety resilience emotional regulation and mindfulness.
Conduct evaluations progress monitoring and consultations with school teams and families.
Collaborate with educators families and administrators to support student wellness and learning.
Participate in SAP team meetings and provide feedback updates and service recommendations.
Develop and facilitate classroombased mental health lessons as requested.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation including service logs reports and intervention plans.
Provide postvention support and assist in crisis response efforts as needed.
Ensure compliance with all ethical professional and legal standards
