Job Description

Adelphi is seeking experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide schoolbased services at an Educational Institution in Montgomery County Pennsylvania. The ideal candidates will collaborate with staff across elementary middle and high schools to deliver inperson social work services supporting students and families through crisis intervention behavioral planning attendance improvement and access to community resources in compliance with local state and federal education guidelines.

Shift schedule: Up to 40 hours/week during standard school hours.

Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania LCSW license in good standing.

Master s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Minimum of two 2 years of experience providing services in a school or pediatric setting.

Knowledge of SAP MTSS and traumainformed practices.

Demonstrated experience with family engagement and case management

Responsibilities:

Conduct student and family outreach particularly for students and those experiencing housing or food insecurity.

Address attendance issues through intervention planning and support services.

Participate in MTSS and SAP meetings to coordinate behavioral and emotional support plans.

Facilitate group and individual support sessions for elementary students in crisis or transition.

Organize and participate in quarterly data reviews and schoolbased behavior team meetings.

Provide parent consultations community resource referrals and coordination of external supports.

Deliver classroombased lessons on mental health resilience and social development as requested.

Assist in disseminating and organizing universal screeners and behavioral data collection.

Support crisis response and postvention planning in cases of student trauma or loss.
