As a critical member of our Infrastructure team you will architect deploy and manage the foundational infrastructure underpinning our digital services encompassing physical virtual networking and cloud environments. With a specialized focus on Microsoft 365 you will spearhead the design implementation optimization and proactive management of our M365 ecosystem. This pivotal role ensures the seamless integration and efficient operation of all related services directly impacting organizational productivity and collaboration. Your exceptional analytical and problemsolving acumen will be essential in swiftly identifying and resolving complex technical challenges ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
Key duties and responsibilities
This position requires the implementation and maintenance of reliable and highperforming Microsoft 365 services emphasizing integration across Azure Entra ID Graph API Purview Power BI and Copilot.
As a Microsoft 365 Engineer you will also manage and maintain the environment in accordance with security organizational and government regulations. Developing and maintaining essential documentation such as system configurations procedures and user guides will also be a core function.
Qualifications :
Technical skills
- Strong knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite (Azure Entra ID Graph API Purview Power BI and Copilot). Strong skills in integration across platforms and services particularly automation and scripting across the M365 and onpremises landscape.
- Strong knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite (Azure Entra ID Graph API Purview Power BI and Copilot) in a complex ICT environment integrated with a significant onpremises landscape.
- Strong skills in integration across platforms and services particularly automation and scripting across the M365 and onpremises landscape to ensure seamless user experience and system operation for a large enterprise.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous Federal Government experience is desirable
Desirable criteria
Relevant Microsoft certifications in Azure Entra ID Graph API Purview Power BI and Copilot.
