The Role
We are seeking hardworking and reliable warehouse workers to join our growing operation. Pick daily customer orders according to pick ticket and Vocollect Headset with particular attention being given to accuracy speed quality and safety. Properly palletize and wrap orders for shipping. Orders must be picked within an acceptable guideline for errors. Orders are picked on foot for the Partials department using a cart.
Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To
- Using Vocollect system assigns a unit of work from the system. The Vocollect then guides the worker through the entire pick orders in sequence of the routes.
- Place orders on pallets with special consideration given to maximizing product care taking into account wet vs. dry goods organic allergens frozen goods and proper stacking to ensure safe transport and delivery to the customer.
- Stage completed pallets in loading area for full case orders.
- Load trucks as determined by delivery schedule.
- Pick short sheets assigned.
- Maintain warehouse and equipment in clean and orderly condition. Ensure no product is left on the floor.
- All employees are responsible for food safety and are expected to notify the appropriate manager supervisor or key personnel if they witness any compromise to food safety or food quality.
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and detail oriented.
- Strong team player
- Outstanding follow through
- Must have basic math comprehension skills.
- Must be safety minded.
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.
- Must comply with physical requirements of the position.
- Ability to work independently with a detailed list of tasks to accomplish during the shift.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 6 months to 1 year of prior warehouse work experience.
Additional Information :
This is a safetysensitive position.
This employer participates in EVerify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employees Form I9 to confirm work authorization.

Actual compensation will be dependent on factors including but not limited to the individuals qualifications experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
