A key member of the Reward and Performance Team supporting our global reward performance and global mobility processes this role reports directly to our Global Head of Reward and Performance.
This role will be based in our Melbourne CBD office
The role
As the Reward and Performance Analyst you will support the of accurate and efficient reward performance and global mobility processes across BlueScope globally. You will also be responsible for managing people data and reporting to ensure accurate insightful and timely information is provided to management the Executive Leadership Team and the Board to drive informed decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and complete data submissions to reward data providers.
- Ensure reward performance and people data accuracy across all technology platforms.
- Manage the global inclusion and diversity SharePoint site.
- Compile people and remuneration reports and dashboards providing proactive insights.
- Conduct market benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive positioning.
- Conduct Executive job evaluations and ensure job gradings remain current.
- Support Executive remuneration recommendations and maintain Executive contracts globally.
- Work with internal teams and external registry providers to accurately capture Executive exits.
- Coordinate the annual salary review performance management and incentive payment processes.
- Analyse global annual remuneration review data identify biases and ensure accuracy before final approval.
- Generate annual remuneration review and incentive payment letters.
- Assist with equity offer vesting processes and Employee Share Scheme tax reporting.
- Assist with global mobility processes including secondment agreements and payroll coordination
Qualifications :
- Experience within a remuneration / rewards function (global experience highly regarded)
- Knowledge of market benchmarking remuneration frameworks and governance practices.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills with experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications (in particular Excel).
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
- High attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills.
