Job Description
Primary Care Physician (PCP)
A Primary Care Physician is needed in Panama City Florida.
Panama City is a thriving coastal community offering beautiful beaches a low cost of living and a growing population. This opportunity is with a respected outpatient medical clinic that provides comprehensive patientcentered primary care services to the local community.
Salary and Benefits
- Target salary: $200000 annually (based on experience)
- Health dental and vision insurance
- 14 paid holidays annually
- 15 days of PTO (vacation sick and personal time)
- 6 403(b) retirement plan 3 base contribution)
- 457(b) plan company matches 50 of contributions up to the IRS maximum (must be on track to max out 403(b)
- CME allowance $1500 per year (can be used for CME licensure and DEA expenses)
- Up to 5 additional admin days per year for CME activities
- Relocation assistance $1000 available
- Malpractice insurance fully covered
- Full support staff
- No nights no weekends and no call responsibilities
- Onsite provider role no remote work
Responsibilities
- Fulltime MondayFriday schedule
- Target patient volume: 16 patients per day
- Perform comprehensive assessments diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance disease prevention and treatment plans
