Job Description
- Produce plans elevations sections and details from field measurements sketches and markups provided by Project Managers.
- Perform Revit drafting work in accordance with office standards and procedures.
- Coordinate project information and needs with Project Manager Contractors and Clients.
- Perform field verification.
- Photograph current or potential projects.
- Develop draft specifications
- Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manage
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a related area of study and a minimum of 3 years of applicable work experience.
- Proficient in Revit
- Working knowledge of Blue Beam preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of construction materials and building assemblies.
- Experience with Massachusetts procurement law and public projects
- Strong understanding of Building Technology and Means and Methods.
- Experience with Building Envelope Technology preferred but not required.
- Ability to effectively present and communicate information verbally graphically and in writing.
- Ability to apply common sense to solve problems and make decisions in nonstandard situations.
- Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts practices and procedures
- Familiar with federal state and local codes as applicable to projects
- Effective organizational/planning and time management skills
